Interpretation and wider context
RECONSTRUCTION. The extract records that by 6 January 1989 the charges were assault, criminal damage and wanton or furious driving, and that bail conditions had been varied. That adds “criminal damage” to the charges named in the report of the withdrawn summons (N12). It does not say what the conditions were, and N12 reports a court order not to go within half a mile of the farm site, which may be one of them. The outcome of the charges is not in this extract (see N15-15).
