Concealment, Missing Records & Disclosure
This page links suspected concealment questions to the actual records-access trail. Missing material is evidence of a gap; it is not, by itself, proof of deliberate concealment. 🕒
Record categories to track
- HM Land Registry historic title and application files;
- conveyances, plans and abstracts referred to in the title chronology;
- court and judicial administration records for BP Properties Ltd v Buckler;
- planning and heritage files;
- archival searches, FOI/EIR requests, internal reviews and responses.
What the Wiki should record
| Requested | Exact record sought and date requested. |
| Found | Record actually supplied, with catalogue reference. |
| Missing 🕒 | Record identified by another source but not produced. |
| Destroyed / disposed | Who says so, when, and on what documented basis. |
| Challenge | Any defective-search, review or disclosure correspondence. |
Use the Missing Records Register as the live inventory and the Records Access Chronology as the dated disclosure trail. 🕒
