Heneb / HER — Email Correspondence Catalogue
Evidence type: Email correspondence (primary record). Institution: Heneb: The Trust for Welsh Archaeology / Historic Environment Record (HER) Team (successor to Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust). Forensic assessment: Heneb — Forensic Institutional Review. Register: FOI & Public-Authority Reply Register.
This page is the correspondence register for the recorded Heneb / HER Gmail conversations about Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr), Llandough. The six threads below each have a dedicated evidence catalogue page, with a unique GHF-E identifier, a neutral summary and a separate interpretation. Important: the original Gmail message bodies and attachments have not yet been captured in the evidence pages. Until they are exported or transcribed and checked against the mailbox, the summaries below are finding aids, not verbatim email evidence.
Privacy and transcription rule (17 October 2026): Before publishing full email text or source files, withhold the family’s private email address, private telephone numbers, home address and personalised links where they are not necessary to understand the record. Preserve the unaltered original privately. Any public transcription must identify each redaction; it must not claim to be verbatim where the source has not been captured and checked.
Evidence-capture status — 17 October 2026. The six thread IDs are recorded in the existing catalogue notes. Original message bodies, full headers and attachments still require retrieval from Gmail. See the linked GHF-E183–GHF-E188 pages for source status, neutral description, interpretation and verification tasks. Assessment cut-off: 17-10-2026.
