Interpretation and wider context
RECONSTRUCTION. The extract records that criminal charges relating to the bailiffs were brought immediately after the eviction of 30 November 1988. It is consistent with the November charges mentioned in the January 1989 report (N12). It records a charge, not a finding. The outcome is not in this extract. It gives Mr Buckler’s age as 40, where the Echo report of the same date (N08) says 39. The Wiki does not choose between them.
