Interpretation and wider context
RECONSTRUCTION. The extract supports a High Court application heard before 2 December 1988, with a hearing on summons fixed for Monday 5 December. That is consistent with the family’s claim of an interim order in N08. The extract does not say what the judge ordered, other than a condition about belongings. The Western Mail names a different judge, Judge Norman Francis, at the hearing of 5 December (N10), which may be a different hearing. The Wiki does not resolve this without the court records.
