Forensic Register Additions — A-096 to A-105 (8 October 2026)
Entries A-096–A-105: added 8 October 2026. Each remains an open evidential issue, not a finding of wrongdoing.
Controlling family-case correction — 9 October 2026. The 1877 arrangement taking effect in 1928 is the family’s established title case for the full Parcel A: farmhouse/buildings, barn, stable and west-side yard, garden, north forest and south-east ground later registered as VG41. Parcel B is the separate eastern fields. The family’s account is that the 1949 permissive-occupancy attempt failed; the title deed was reported missing in 1950–52; and the 4 July 1955 enforcement of Parcel B also seized the Parcel-A north forest and south-east green under “whole farm” wording. A-100 is therefore a scope-and-consequence test for this established account, not an open question whether the family says the forest/green were taken. The 1939 agreement/plan is already held and depicts Parcel B only. 🕒
