Title Chain / Parcel A–B Matrix
Identity control: Parcel A is the full 1877 house/quarrying estate, not a synonym for the farmhouse and garden alone. It includes the farmhouse/buildings; barns, stable and yard west of the house; garden; forest north of the house; and ground south-east of the house/garden later registered as VG41. Parcel B is the separate eastern agricultural fields. The family’s case is that the 1877 arrangement took effect in 1928 and WGR’s later possession of Parcel B did not confer rights over Parcel-A forest or green. Later “whole farm” language blurred the two parcels; it did not make them one title by itself.

| 1955–62 | On the family’s account, north forest and south-east green seized; house/buildings/garden group stayed occupied | Eastern fields subject to WGR possession | “Farmhouse and garden” describes the occupied remnant, not the whole Parcel A | 1955 order/enforcement description compared with 1962 house-and-garden proceedings |

Rule: later registration of a combined title does not by itself prove that every earlier deed, tenancy, judgment or description treated the two parcels as one legal unit.
