Thread description — all correspondence recorded with Llandough Community Council
This record follows the available public correspondence from the Section 21 response described as dated 14 June 2026, through the September FOI/EIR request and 11 October Section 12 refusal, the family’s internal-review/new-records correspondence on 13 October, and the agenda exchange on 13–14 October.
The public record distinguishes source types. GHF-E106-R54 and GHF-E106-R55 are published transcriptions rather than original .eml files. The 20 September response is known through a quotation in the 28 September correspondence. The original 14 June response, the original 13 October 20:09 Clerk acknowledgement, and two short family messages on 14 October have not been separately transcribed in the reviewed public source; those entries are explicitly marked as source-status notes, not verbatim email. The 13 October 01:07 message is preserved as superseded; the 03:25 revision is the later version.
Personal postal and personal email details are withheld from this public release. No entry treats the unconfirmed retirement understanding as established fact. The council’s current public contact page lists Paul Egan as Clerk.
