FAMILY EVIDENCE / DOCUMENTED FACT. Execution on 4 July 1955 left the farmhouse and garden undisturbed (High Court review). The family’s established account is that the forest north of the house and the ground south-east of it, later registered as VG41, were taken at the same time (1955 page).
- The land the officer actually entered and delivered, and any plan or description used.
- Who attended for WGR and what authority was cited for the forest and green.
- The reason the house and garden were not taken. Later accounts give a humanitarian explanation, which is not proof that the house was outside the order. 🕒

Interpretation and wider context
UNRESOLVED. Together with the order (E125), this decides whether the taking exceeded the order’s authority. 🕒
