Forensic Register A-116 to A-120 — correction

Correction to the D696 status: A-117 is downgraded from ACTION to BACKGROUND / PARKED. D696 may be useful only if it contains a direct Parcel-A, woodland, VG41 or 1955-taking reference. It is not a priority evidence visit and must not duplicate the already-concluded 1939 Parcel-B analysis.
