1. Plan — month ahead

Establish the programme baseline; identify surviving family and institutional records; map the title, court, demolition, planning and heritage evidence streams; begin a controlled record-access log; separate documentary evidence from family recollection.

2. Performance — end of month

The project evidence-access record begins this month (one dated event, in the table below). The month’s main achievement was therefore initiation and identification of the need for a structured multi-institution recovery programme rather than substantive recovery itself.

3. Issues, Risks, Concerns

The principal risk at initiation was fragmented custody: the relevant records sit across public bodies, archives, courts and private family holdings. A second risk was that an unstructured research programme could accumulate documents without provenance or an agreed chain of control.

4. Plan Moving Forward / Next Month

Create the first formal records-access workstream under WP-01; route the first council/archive enquiries; create the Evidence Library accession scheme; start the title-chain and planning-file work packages; establish a monthly reporting rhythm.
