1. Plan — month ahead

Expand the records-access programme across heritage, courts, archives and public authorities; keep all requests in a common control ledger; continue HMLR file inspection/preservation; build the evidence base for later planning, heritage and remedy analysis.

2. Performance — end of month

The programme widened substantially across Cadw, the Vale, the Ministry of Justice, the National Library, the Ministry of Defence, Llandough Community Council and Glamorgan Archives (dated in the table below).

3. Issues, Risks, Concerns

The main risk was fragmentation across regimes: FOI, EIR, SAR, archive research and title-file inspection each have different deadlines and rules. Another risk is that a request can be technically answered while the underlying evidence question remains open. The control response is to track the evidence question, not merely the correspondence case.

4. Plan Moving Forward / Next Month

In July, reconcile Vale’s planning disclosure, create the museum records stream through Museum Wales requests, obtain the HMLR 43-document schedule, and establish explicit issue IDs for incomplete or contradictory disclosure.
