1. Plan — month ahead

From November’s initiation baseline, formalise the records-access programme; identify which requests require FOI/EIR treatment; establish organisation-specific custodians; begin court and title record recovery.

2. Performance — end of month

The Vale referral (see table) established the first explicit FOI handling path in the management chronology and showed that routing between operational and information-governance teams would itself need tracking.

3. Issues, Risks, Concerns

Routing risk emerged immediately: a request can move between teams without the substantive search question changing. The programme therefore needs to preserve the original wording, the request number, hand-off date and next accountable action.

4. Plan Moving Forward / Next Month

In January, launch or formalise Cadw and HMLR records work; preserve all bounced or redirected addresses as evidence; create case IDs and response-deadline fields; begin a central FOI/EIR ledger linked to evidence records.
