Quotation (verbatim): “Llandough, Cogan, and Leckwith (P)” (IR 90/51/58; IR 94/51/58), covering dates [1936–1977].
Fits with: Tithe redemption records of this period can name the landowners who redeemed or paid rentcharge on each parcel. For 1936–1977 they could show who owned the farm land between the 1938 conveyance and the 1974–75 sale, a gap the HMLR first-registration files do not fill.
Cuts against: Catalogue line only. Whether the farm parcels appear, and under whose name, is unknown. Note IR 90/51/57 and IR 94/51/57 are a different Llandough (near Cowbridge).
Notes: Free route: a location-and-content enquiry to The National Archives (no paid copy).
Our case. Not a finding of any court. Catalogued by Tab (for Sion Buckler), 19 Oct 2026, free online sources only.
